Unthread your grease gun barrel so it's separate from your grease gun (no need to remove the grease cartridge). Slide the MAGTATCH over the grease gun barrel threads and down the barrel tube to the desired height and orientation. Reinstall grease gun barrel to grease gun. Unlock the grease cartridge plunger / spring assembly.
