METRIC or SAE  - Modular Line Wrench / Flare Nut Wrench Organizer Block

This is for a modern style of line wrench sets that the overwhelmingly large majority of wrench sets manufactured today will be.  They are naturally thicker than standard wrenches.  This is NOT designed for the extra thick line wrench designs such as the original craftsman sets with wide raised grips. 

Perfect addition to building your wrench sets in your tool box wrench drawer.  Perfect for being able to have quick access to a line wrench set in a tool cart that takes up very little space. 

***Make sure to select the proper kit for what you have.  Even though both of the SAE & Metric Wrench blocks look the same on pictures, the sizing between Metric and SAE is not the same and they are designed as such***

Each Line Wrench Organizer Block Comes With:

• 1 x END CAP
• 1 x Line Wrench Organizer Block
• Modular Nameplates matched to the SAE / Metric option you selected 

 Metric Line Wrench Block comes with 6 slots for the following sizes:

• 9mm X 11mm
• 10mm X 12mm
• 13mm X 14mm
• 15mm X 17mm
• 16mm X 18mm
• 19mm X 21mm 

SAE Line Wrench Block comes with 6 slots for the following sizes:

• 1/4" X 5/16"
• 3/8" X 7/16"
• 1/2" X 9/16"
• 5/8" X 11/16"
• 5/8" X 3/4"
• 3/4" X 7/8"

Additions:

• Have more than 6 SAE or Metric Line wrenches in your kit?  No problem at all.  For a smaller size than the wrench block, simply grab a Size #1 modular wrench holder / nameplate per your size, and add it to the block.  For adding a larger line wrench to the block, you will grab a Size #2 / nameplate for your size and add it to the block.  That easy! 

 

Nameplates:

• ***The best and most visible TEXT COLOR for your name plates is White for contrasting against most color options***
• If your nameplate body is white, then obviously you need a contrasting color for the text (Black for instance).  And in cases of using colors such as Hi Viz (another bright color), making white harder to see, a dark color option for the text makes sense.  I've left you the option to decide for yourself exactly how you want to color the nameplate. 
• White for the text is generally the correct choice 95% of the time to have the greatest vision on what size wrenches you are looking at.  Putting Neon colors together, which are naturally bright and opaque is asking for difficulty in reading the text in the same way putting 2 dark colors together.  
  
• Most shops don't have the best of lighting either which compounds the issue.  

Accent & Wrench Line Coloring:

• Accent and Wrench Line Coloring allow you to personalize your wrench organization to however you see fit. 
• The accent color is added to the top of the organizer spanning around the last 4 mm of height (as seen in the photos).   This allows you to easily identify which group, type, or kind of wrenches you set this up for yourself.  For example, say you want all the wrench bodies to be black.  Adding red and blue accent coloring to the black could easily allow you to distinguish which wrench sets in your tool box are Metric / SAE / Specialty, etc.   
  
• The Wrench Line color, matching the accent color, spans the area where the wrench would be resting on, giving you a visual clue if the wrench is not in the organizer.   It is there for a visual aide being able to scan your tool box for tools that are not put away.
