Processing and Production Time: Most orders are custom made-to-order products made in the order they are received.  Some items have a very long manufacturing window - IE 40+ hours of production. Some items take less than 10 hours.Â
For the most part, orders are shipped within a 2-3 day period at most. But as sales and order type change, this can be longer with specialized, one-off, custom made products. The shop has been running an average of 24 hours on shipping, but that can change at any time due to volume.Â

Shipping Rates and Services: Customers have the option during checkout to select which shipping services work best through several sources of the main shipping providers locally.Â
Handling and Packaging Disclosures: All orders are well packed, secure, and should arrive damage free.Â
Order Tracking: Tracking information is sent once the custom order has been finalized and a shipping label has been created. Through email, your order will be updated as it is created, in transit, and delivered to you. All tracking information can be checked at any time.Â
