Modular Individual Wrench Extensions

These are the individual modular wrench extensions used to support your main wrench organizer and complete your wrench set how you see fit.   Each individual modular wrench extension has one N52 magnet to help secure it to the tool box floor while simultaneously holding the wrench above.  

All Individual Wrench Builders and Extensions are marked as to their size on the back side near the lock joint with a "I, II, or III" to help easily identify which size you are dealing with.  These extensions can have a variety of uses in the tool box, able to hold and organize many types of tools.  

How this works:

• There are 3 sizes of individual modular wrench sections and extensions (Size 1, 2, & 3) - See other listing for the matching main individual wrench builders. 
• Throughout these three sizes, this allows you to build any wrench set you own to be made to feel this system was made exactly for it. 
• For the large majority of modern slim style wrench sets made today, Size 1 will cover your smallest wrenches sizes all the way up to 22mm and beyond.  Size 1 will be used in 95%+ of all cases with modern wrench sets made today. 
• For reference, the full set of SK wrenches shown in the wrench drawer pictures that has the full set of 6mm-32mm wrenches, 6mm through to 24mm fits a Size 1 perfectly.  25mm is when it gets tighter and needs a Size 2.  (25mm is also when the wrench needs to lay down to clear the drawer so no Size 2 is used in that particular set). 
• Extensions are mirror images, albeit smaller, of the individual modular slimline wrench builders and follow the same sizing (1, 2, & 3)
• You will see the extensions throughout all the sets in the wrench drawer pictures. 
• The extensions offer support at the other end of a wrench.  My opinion is every single time I put a wrench back, I want it to be in the same exact spot I took it from. 
• If you look at my wrench drawer, you will notice that I have the main body of my entire wrench organizer close to the sides so I do not have wasted space in the tool box wrench drawer.
• In doing so, this leaves longer wrenches only supported on one side. 
• The general rule of thumb I have is if it's a standard long wrench, anything over 19mm or 3/4" (basically outside of the range of the slimline wrench block kits), I will support the larger wrenches on the other side with wrench extensions. 
  
• This allows your wrenches to be organized in such a fashion they are perfectly aligned and perfectly stationary when stowed.
• The extensions have their own unique tapered dovetail lock joints and will fit together and stay together just like the main body of the wrench organizer

Accent & Wrench Line Coloring:

• Accent and Wrench Line Coloring allow you to personalize your wrench organization to however you see fit. 
• The accent color is added to the top of the organizer spanning around the last 4 mm of height (as seen in the photos).   This allows you to easily identify which group, type, or kind of wrenches you set this up for yourself.  For example, say you want all the wrench bodies to be black.  Adding red and blue accent coloring to the black could easily allow you to distinguish which wrench sets in your tool box are Metric / SAE / Specialty, etc.   
  
• The Wrench Line color, matching the accent color, spans the area where the wrench would be resting on, giving you a visual clue if the wrench is not in the organizer.   It is there for a visual aide being able to scan your tool box for tools that are not put away.

• Height of the organizer goes all the way to the top of standard tool box shallow drawer.  This keeps your wrenches secure when on the move and the drawer is closed.  This design does not allow wrenches to slide out of organizer or to jump out of the organizer over the harshest of terrains as a road tech.
